The new EV9 electric SUV is available in five trim levels. As ordered, it's a three-row SUV that's nearly as large as its Telluride cousin. Regardless of which model you choose, you will enjoy an electric crossover with premium looks and luxury features that move your drive time to that next level. The Kia EV9 for sale begins with the entry level EV9 Light to the top-shelf GT-Line. A quick breakdown finds the following:
- Kia EV9 Light: Features an 230 mile range (EPA-estimate) with a 76.1 kWh battery and an electric motor making 215-hp & 258 lb-ft of torque. There's seven-passenger seating with a second row bench seat, SynTex (synthetic) seat trim and 19-inch alloy wheels.

New Kia EV9 Electric Performance
Depending on the EV9 trim level, buyers can select different motor groupings. A single electric motor drivers the rear wheels of the EV9 Light. It makes 215 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The EV9 Light Long Rang will see a slight trade-off in power for longer range. Buyers will see 201 horsepower but 300 miles of range thanks to a larger battery.
The dual-motor version EV9 "Wind" and EV9 "Land" models include all-wheel drive with a motor for each axle. Power checks in at 379 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. Finally, our EV9 GT-Line features a 99.8 kWh lithium-ion high-voltage battery, and delivers 379-horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. That extra torque comes in handy when towing up to a 5,000 pound trailer.
Regenerative braking and one-pedal driving are built into each EV9 for sale in River Oaks. By lifting off the accelerator, drivers can slow down to reclaim energy, sending it back to the battery.
