New Kia EV3 Performance
A single electric motor powers the Kia EV3's front wheels. This electric motor delivers 201 horsepower and 209 lb-ft of torque. Ideal for both short commutes and long journeys. The car accelerated to 60 mph in just 7.5 seconds. Kia's iPedal 3.0 technology allows for single-pedal driving. For regular driving, accelerate; to brake, simply lift your foot from the pedal. Some of the battery's recently used power is recovered through this process.
Featuring a sophisticated 400-volt charging system, the EV3 provides battery options of 58.3 kWh and 81.4 kWh. A DC Fast Charger can take the batteries from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes. The EV3 can also power a refrigerator during a power outage via car-to-grid charging.
